Dr. Howard Moore is an optometric physician with more than 30 years of experience caring for patients throughout Sevier County, Tennessee. Combining advanced clinical training with compassionate, personalized care, he has built Middle Creek Eye Center into a trusted destination for comprehensive eye care, medical eye disease management, and advanced dry eye treatment.

Dr. Moore earned his Doctor of Optometry degree before completing a post-graduate residency in ocular disease. This advanced training provided extensive experience in diagnosing, treating, and co-managing complex eye diseases beyond the scope of routine optometric care.
His residency focused on glaucoma, diabetic retinopathy, macular degeneration, dry eye disease, and other medical eye conditions, allowing him to provide patients with comprehensive eye health management using today’s most advanced clinical approaches.
