Scheduled Office Closing Days

Winter Season is almost over and Spring is just around the corner.

To celebrate Easter, our office will be closed on the following days:

Friday, April 6th and Monday, April 9th


We hope all may have these days off to celebrate with your love ones.

If you have an emergency, please do not hesitate to call Dr. Moore on the emergency phone: (865) 368-4892

Other Closing Dates

Monday, May 28th: Memorial Day
Monday, July 2nd through Friday, July 6th: Independence Day
Monday, September 3rd: Labor Day
Wednesday, November 21st through Friday, November 23rd: Thanksgiving Day
Monday, December 24th through January 1st: Christmas Day and New Years Day

Currently, you are welcome to print the appropriate forms to fill out and bring to your visit.  Printed forms may also be faxed to our office @ 865-453-9827.  Please try to answer as much as you can on the forms.
